A Brazilian judge has ordered the arrest of a man suspected of being involved in an alleged plot to place explosives at a concert of singer Lady Gaga in Rio de Janeiro.

Victor Nascimento and eight friends started planning as soon as they heard Lady Gaga was going to Rio de Janeiro. They booked a hotel 15 minutes away.

At 10:10 p.m., with a 25-minute delay, Lady Gaga took the stage at Todo Mundo No Rio in Brazil and gave a performance lasting more than two hours - a display of excellence that moved the audience of 2 million-plus people and the artist herself.
