The Ohio State men's basketball team will be wearing a new alternate uniform when it takes on Virginia in the Nashville Hoops Showdown.

Before Ohio State could settle in Friday night, it was already chasing the game. A sluggish start, turnovers and defensive miscommunication allowed Wisconsin to seize control early, and the Buckeyes never fully recovered in a 4-2 loss at the Schottenstein Center.

Ahead of a key primetime game for the Buckeyes in the Nashville Hoops Showdown against Virginia, the school announced Ohio State will wear special “gray script” uniforms.
