The Norwegian Breakaway will undergo enhancements from Feb. 19 to March 14. The ship is getting the Silver Screen Bistro, a movie and dining venue for guests of all ages.

The affected sailings were scheduled for between Nov. 8, 2026, and March 28, 2027, on the Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Prima, according to letters the cruise line distributed to booked guests.

We sailed on an older and newer ship on Norwegian Cruise Line: 11-year-old Breakaway and two-year-old Prima. Breakaway was larger but had markedly less exciting family-friendly amenities.
