ALERT: Stormwater line failure causes sinkhole in DCDC Water is warning drivers about a sinkhole in Southeast D.C. Because of a 54 inch stormwater line failure, a sinkhole has formed on Suitland Parkway between Firth Sterling Avenue and Stanton Road.
