HENRY COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A Henry County judge declared a mistrial for Adam Hughes; a man charged in connection to his fiancée's murder. Adam Hughes' two-day jury trial started on Jan. 15.

Deputies went to her home on Kings Mill Road and spoke with her fiancé, Adam Hughes, 41, who told them he had not seen her since Saturday, October 21.
