The new feature, which is now being rolled out to users, brings deeper integration between TikTok and Spotify. Essentially, Spotify users can now share a song on their TikTok account with just a button. The song can be posted in the feed, stories, or even sent via DM to someone.

Spotify and Apple Music are making it much easier to be able to share music, podcasts and audiobooks on the video-sharing platform.

TikTok is all about the tunes, and the social network has added integrations to directly post audio from streaming services. Share to TikTok is a new feature that will let listeners in Apple Music and Spotify share music to the video platform.

To further its reputation as a mainstream music discovery source, TikTok is expanding its music-sharing tools.

The tool is simply called “Share to TikTok” and allows users to post tracks directly from Spotify and Apple Music to the app – both on the “For You” page and on their Stories. Individual songs, albums and playlists can all be shared, either appearing in green screen mode or photo mode.
