The Rams come out of the bye and face the Saints in Week 9, which they'll be heavily favored to win. It's important that they beat the Saints because after that, they have two divisional games in three weeks, plus a prime-time matchup with the Buccaneers.

And the Rams will have completed their entire AFC slate by the end of October. So it will be hard for anyone to gauge just how serious of a threat the Rams are for the NFC’s number one seed — or just their chances of making the playoffs are — until at least December.

The NFL released the 2025 schedule Wednesday night, and the Los Angeles Rams should have little to complain about. L.A. will start this upcoming season at home against Houston, a team that has made the AFC playoffs in back-to-back years.
