The year's biggest phone show, Mobile World Congress, often has some wild handsets -- here's the cream of the bizarre crop.

Lenovo’s new ThinkBook 3D Laptop Concept and Hybrid Dimensional 34-inch Curved Monitor Concept, announced at Mobile World Congress 2025, use directional backlighting and head tracking to simultaneously show 2D and 3D content without glasses. An accompanying AI Ring concept can be worn to control them with gesture-based spatial controls.

MWC 2025 takes place from 3 March to 6 March in Barcelona, Spain. MWC is mainly about phones, mobile devices and services. As usual, global brands, including Xiaomi, Honor, and Huawei, occupy a large part of the show floor, while Google and Samsung also have a presence at the congress.
