Manchester City are exploring a deal to sign striker Omar Marmoush, a source has told ESPN, but accept that it will be difficult to prise him away from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Frankfurt manager Dino Topmoller recently described Marmoush as “outstanding,” a sentiment reflected in his consistent performances in the Bundesliga, and one certainly geared toward keeping his value as high as possible in the event of a potential sale during the winter transfer window or next summer.

Manchester City, after initially contemplating a transfer for the summer, is now eager to bring in Omar Marmoush this winter. According to the Daily Telegraph, the Premier League giants are preparing to make a formal offer in the region of £50 million for the talented attacker.
