PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - Northbound Interstate 405 is closed early Wednesday morning due to a rollover crash involving a semi-truck. Just before 6 a.m., emergency crews responded to a crash at the northbound I-405 exit from I-5. There were reports of debris across the interstate.

Portland Fire and Rescue responded to the scene of a semi-truck rollover crash on the ramp from Interstate 5 northbound to Interstate 405 early Wednesday. In a tweet posted about 6:30 a.m., crews reported the truck had spilled debris across the freeway.
