SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Voters in the South Bay still have time to cast their ballots in San Diego County’s District 1 Supervisor special election.
Nora Vargas, a Democrat, currently represents District 1 on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors and leads the five-member board as its chair. She lives in Chula Vista.
Voters chose between Chula Vista Mayor John McCann and Imperial Beach Mayor Paloma Aguirre. Polls closed at 8 p.m.
