Suraj chief Prashant Kishor, who joined protesting Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) aspirants demanding a re-examination of the 70th BPSC exam, on Saturday announced a big agitation by the students to build the pressure on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar-led government.

Hundreds of candidates who had appeared for the BPSC prelims conducted on December 13 at 912 centres across Bihar have been protesting at Patna's Gardanibagh area since December 18, calling for the cancellation of the exam.

Khan sir on Friday met with protesting aspirants of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) in Patna and also urged them to maintain peace.

The protests, which have continued for over 10 days, stemmed from claims of a paper leak at Bapu Pariksha Parisar, leading to a re-examination at that centre.

BPSC made it clear that the 70th Prelims CCE exam 2024 held on December 13 across the state will not be cancelled over allegations of question paper leak.
