The Celtics attempted to add to their stable of bigs in the NBA Draft, bagging Kentucky center Amari Williams — who was initially selected by the Orlando Magic before being dealt to Boston — with the 46th overall pick.

Williams joins Shulga and Luis Jr. as the two-way players for the Celtics for next season. Luis Jr. was acquired from the Utah Jazz last week officially in exchange for Georges Niang and two second-round picks. Boston currently only has one spot open on the 15-man roster.

The Boston Celtics were looking to add some rookies after the draft, who they believe could have added some value to the roster. With next year likely going to be a gap year, they are looking to develop some players.

The Boston Red Sox have really bounced back from years of mediocrity this season, and a lot of it has to do with their new superstar, Alex Bregman. He became a leader for the team, and his bat and glove have proved invaluable.

It’s dangerous to throw around predictions. Especially series-to-series where anything can happen. But this looks like a good series for the Red Sox to bounce back after tough losses in San Diego and Houston.
