Hi, I just got back into town. The Fair closes at 11 :00 P.M. daily and the last day of the Fair is Feb. 18 th 2019.

I don't smoke but have seen places where smokers can have a cig. You can only smoke in designated areas just like all of the themed parks which are the same way.
