I would agree that it's a relatively short visit. About 30 minutes seems like a reasonable time. In my review, I noted that the welcome area was a little touristy, but once in the house the various rooms are quite interesting and great photo ops. Also, look for the room where you can actually try on the period garb. I have a photo in my review that shows this.
