The Cave is a separate admission, and each member of your party has to pay to get into the cave. Please don't waste your money!

The staff pride themselves on helping to make this visit accessible. The disabled parking up the slope, right next to the top main building, is not obvious. They will open the gate (at the far side of the lower shop building) to allow cars up to it. I found out too late but I think you can talk to them from the gate to get it opened.

No. The Banff Upper Hot Springs Pool is where you need to go, as mentioned. It is very nice, clean and with a great view. However, during certain winter and spring months it is NOT hot spring water, but heated municipal water because there's not enough flow to the natural hot springs. The historic pool is small, sulpher smelling, and has the protected snails.
