Hello, yes, there is a class put on by the Roatan Marine Park for obtaining your lion fish hunting licence. The cost is $50/person and includes your spear, which you can keep at the end of your week or return to the Marine Park for a $10 refund. This is something that needs to be organized in advance and there is a minimum of four participants required.
