You shouldn't have any trouble with mobility, however i would take the temperature into consideration when deciding whether to take your 3 month old inside. The cave averages 49 degrees F all year, and since the tours are typically an hour and a half long there is definitely time to get chilly. I would highly recommend having your child wear warm clothes and possibly a blanket if they aren't used to temperatures that low.

No, they do not allow pets inside the actual caves, however I have seen the owners allow people to chain/leash their dogs on the porch of the gift shop while the pet owner was underground. Just depends on how comfortable you are with leaving your animal alone for an hour or more. I recommend calling before-hand to check though. Ps- I am one of the guides who works there
