It's just ok. It's water & electric only. We had 50 amp hookup, but I don't believer there are any full hook ups available. The campsites aren't anywhere near the river access. The campsites were roomy. We drove down to Myakka River State Park one day and it is a much nicer park, in my opinion. The campground is near the water. We've never camped there, but I would say look into that if it's in your ability to go there.

Do you have canoe and/or Kayak rentals available at the park?
A:
Yes there were rentals when we stayed there. You can rent them for 4 hours and they need to be returned by 4:30. Bike rentals as well.
