Thanks for your question! There is parking on-site, directly behind the museum. If you happen to park elsewhere in town, there is a trolley service that you can ride as well. Thanks!

The iPad tour is a tour of the battlefield, using a specially programmed iPad that you pick up from our facility. As you follow the GPS synced map, the iPad tells you about the three-day battle. There are certain stops along the route where enhanced features, such as augmented reality are available. It is easy to follow. Cost is $34.95 to rent the unit for up to 5 hours. Currently we are open daily 9 am - 7 pm; visitors may rent the iPad anytime between 9 am - 2 pm to allow for adequate time to take the tour. If you have any questions, please let us know! We are happy to help!

If I remember correctly its around 35-40 dollars for the day. And it is an iPad with GPS it knows your location and as you arrive at certain points it tells the story of the battle. You can also get out of vehicle and it will show you events as you point the iPad toward areas. Renter beware they want you to write down your credit card number, expiration, and 3digit code incase you break iPad. I wouldn't give all info cause I have had card info stolen. If you do be sure they give you the paper when your done.
