It seems to be 1.75 hours from St Louis. There are a few places to choose from to stay at in Fulton. Fulton is only 28 mins. from Columbia which has many hotels. I am not sure if there is a bus to Fulton.. but there is a freeway most of the way out to there from St. Louis.

Hello. The entrance area has steps. However, there is a lift which can carry a wheelchair down to the museum level. The whole museum is on one level, and should be accessible via wheelchair. The church would have to be entered from the upper level outside, which I believe is also accessible.
There is sufficient parking, especially during non-college session times. Though I don't recall RV designated parking, you should be able to find a spot nearby.
