Dear Mary, No need to make a reservation for groups under 10 people. We are open from Sunday to Thursday 8:30-4pm (3:30pm is the last entrance). Best, The Chagall Windows team
We did not have one. When we arrived an English description of the Windows had already begun so we waited for the next one. They are magnificent to see and then learn his reasoning.

Hello, you will take a bus from Hadassah Hospital back into the city and can get off on Central Bus Station and connect to bus 9 that will take you near the Knesset. there is an application call Moovit in Israel that will give you the details and hours...otherwise, it is pretty easy and with one ticket.
