Hello! There are a variety of hikes that you could take that would not require climbing or vertical hikes. A few I can suggest are Balanced Rock Hike, Sand Dune Arch Hike, and Skyline Arch Hike. There are many more and you can locate them on the map given out at the park entrance. The easiest route to view a significant part of the park is driving the Scenic Drive, which is about 22 miles one way. I would avoid the most famous hike, Delicate Arch, since it does require you to hike up and around. It is a fabulous park with lots to see. Enjoy!
I'm a bit confused with the timed entry & the vehicle pass. If I go to Arches, do I need to purchase both? I just got a vehicle pass for it but not sure if I should also get the timed entry pass. Also, do I need to get another entry pass if I go to the Canyonlands or I can use the one I got for Arches?

You do not need time entry if you enter the park before 7am or 4pm after. The first day we entered the park after 4pm to visitor center and a short hike. The 2nd day, we got a time entry and spent the whole day there. It is a lovey park. You will enjoy it.
